Welcome to The Lead Lifter. By subscribing to our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Our Service
The Lead Lifter is a monthly subscription service that creates, manages and optimizes Meta advertising campaigns designed to generate consultation requests and customer inquiries for your business.
Your subscription includes:
Campaign strategy and setup
Facebook & Instagram advertising management
Lead form creation
Campaign optimization
Up to $200/month in advertising spend
Ongoing campaign management
2. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our secure payment provider.
Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.
Prices may change in the future, but any changes will never apply retroactively to an active billing period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No additional charges will occur after your cancellation takes effect.
4. Refund Policy
Because campaign strategy, setup, advertising management and advertising spend begin shortly after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we'll gladly review your situation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To provide our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information.
Maintain an active Meta Business account.
Grant The Lead Lifter appropriate permissions to manage your advertising campaigns.
Maintain ownership of your business assets and comply with Meta's advertising policies.
You remain the owner of your Meta Business account and may revoke our access at any time.
6. Advertising Results
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including:
Market demand
Competition
Budget
Seasonality
Meta's advertising platform
Customer behavior
For this reason, The Lead Lifter does not guarantee any specific number of consultation requests, leads, sales, appointments or revenue.
We do, however, commit to professionally managing and optimizing your campaigns throughout your subscription.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics and materials created by The Lead Lifter remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Advertising creative developed specifically for your business may incorporate your logos, branding and publicly available business assets.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lead Lifter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid during your most recent monthly subscription.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
