Cancellation Policy

The Lead Lifter is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term contracts.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew and no future payments will be charged.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Because campaign strategy, setup, advertising management, and advertising spend begin shortly after purchase, we are unable to provide refunds for the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hello@theleadlifter.com and we'll gladly review your situation.

Advertising Campaigns

If you cancel your subscription, your advertising campaign will remain active through the end of your paid billing period unless you request that it be stopped sooner.

After your subscription ends, The Lead Lifter will no longer manage or optimize your advertising campaigns.
